ZH17: Liver-Strengthening Syrup

(qian gan tang jiang)

Ingredients:

Capillaris, isatis root, astragalus root, codonopsis root, tangkuei root, white peony root, salvia root, curcuma tuber, polyganatum, rehmannia root, hawthorn, Chinese yam, licorice root.

Properties:

This product is thick liquid with brown color. It tastes sweet.

Functions and Indications:

Clearing heat, excreting dampness, tonifying spleen and enriching blood, enriching qi and resolving depression. It is used to treat chronic hepatitis, initial cirrhosis, liver fat, etc.

Administration:

To be taken orally, 10 milliliters each time, twice a day. Stop for a day after taking six days. Eight weeks make a treatment course. Stop for a week and continue with the next treatment course.

Precaution:
