Sincerely, just as stated in the brief introduction, Huaihua Zhenghao Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (HZPC) was transformed into a limited liability company in 1997 through shareholding transformation institutionally on the basis of the predecessor-- Huaihua Pharmaceutical Factory. In the course of development for a few short years, with all of the company members’ efforts to make HZPC prosperous, HZPC has grown into the largest Chinese medicine company in a region covering such provinces as Hunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, and Guangxi and Chongqing municipality. The development of company is an epitome of the great achievement in medical industry made in Chinese Reform and Opening up policy and in the establishment of a complete socialist market economic system in China.

Ever since its foundation, our company has devoted itself to fostering and practicing such an enterprise aim, that is, to create healthy life for human, to create wealth for society, to create value for staffs, and to create profit for HZPC. We are deeply aware of the fact that good social reputation and social image are the most important intangible assets of an enterprise. Therefore, our company has always regarded it as a universal truth that no one can do a successful business without shouldering social responsibilities. In 2003, when the whole world is involved in the SARS crisis, HZPC took such an active role in fighting with SARS that it became the first pharmaceutical company of Hunan province to produce Anti-SARS V Product and finally made certain contribution to the victory over SARS, which manifested our company’s determination to shoulder social responsibility.

It is endless to make progress; the past brilliance should never be an excuse for an enterprise to slow down its advancing steps.
