1. Spray Drying Technology

Spray drying involves the atomization of a liquid feedstock into a spray of droplets and contacting the droplets completely with thermal airflow in a drying chamber to finish heat and mass transferring in the twinkling of an eye. Rapid evaporation of moisture from the droplets and formation of dry particles proceed under controlled temperature and airflow conditions.

It can eliminate the need for many operations such as evaporating, separating, and grinding, etc., which makes the production continuous and automatic and the operation steady. It enables a short drying time by creating vast contact area of between gas and solid in the spray dryer. It is highly suited for drying medicines of high heat sensitivity or those are labile in fluid feed concentration. And it is an ideal process where the end-products are petty in particle size and almost spherical in particle shape which provides for fluid-like flow properties.

 

2. Thin Film Coating Technology

It refers to spraying the stable high-polymer coating medium, for example, HPMC, on the surface of plain cores smoothly via the spray guns, forming several microns of film coating. Compared with traditional sugar coating, thin film coating has many advantages, including shorter coating time, sugarless coating, more damp-proof, more lucifugal, and higher stability. Besides, Thin Film Coating Technology can bring standardization and digital control into production process, which is suited for the requirements or management of modern industrial production and development. In addition, it adopts lake coloring method, which is effective in preventing such changes as color deterioration, color straining, etc., so that the stability of the tablet color is greatly improved and the storage life of the tablet obviously prolonged.

 

3. Beautyberry GAP Planting Technology

HZPC have made investigation of wild beautyberry resource, and researches on botanic and biological characteristics of beautyberry, on technology of raising seedlings rapidly, of selecting and breeding elite seeds, of rapid reproduction by cuttage, of rapid reproduction by dense cottage and transplanting, of construction of excellent cutting orchard and of rapid afforestation. Ever since 2000, HZPC has established beautyberry planting bases in counties such as Huitong and Zhongfang. At present, the pure beautyberry forest occupies over 1000 mu (666.700 square meters), and the mixed forest of beautyberry, fir and pine over 800 mu (533.360 square meters).
