Chronicle of Major Developments of HZPC

1. On May 28th 1997, HZPC was established formally in Huaihua through the stock-holding system transformation of the former Huaihua Pharmaceutical Factory.

2. In 1998, Yuqing Jingangteng syrup, the first product of Dong Minority’s Medicine, came into the market successfully.

3. On Dec. 25th 2001, HZPC manage mode, Integration and Management of Human Resources, won the first prize of the Eighth National Innovative Business Management, which is the supreme honor of business management in China.

4. In 2003, in the battle with SARS across the whole country, HZPC became the first pharmaceutical company of Hunan Province to be allowed to produce the "Anti-SARS V Product", having made outstanding contributions to the victory of this campaign.

5. On June 25th 2004, the GMP technological transformation of HPZC was completed successfully, and the company moved from the No. 515 of East Road Huaihua to Hexi New District of the City.

6. In June 2004, Ren Dequan, deputy director of State Food and Drug Administration, visited HPZC and happily wrote the inscription as encouragement: wish HPZC advanced technology, superb products, and broad market.

7. On June 1st 2005, “Yuqing Uterine Inflammation Preventing Tablet”, one of HPZC leading products, was labeled as National Preserved Chinese Medicine.

8. In May of 2005, the fake propylene glycol, an injection produced by The Second Pharmaceutical Factory of QQHE caused death, which attracted extensive public concern. It happened that HZPC has just purchased the same medicinal material, however, HZPC always regards quality as vitality, so they returned the purchased materials firmly. Therefore, compared with the tragedy of The Second Pharmaceutical Factory of QQHE, HZPC won the praise of various circles of society.

9. On June 9th 2006, Zhang Chunxian, the secretary of Hunan Party Committee of the CPC, inspected HZPC.

10. On May 22nd 2006, Zhang Wenxiong inspected HZPC as soon as he became the secretary of Huaihua Municipal Committee of the CPC.

The new governor of our Hunan province, Mr. Zhang Chunxian took the congratulations to our general manager Mr. Huang Yuming.

Our provincial governor Mr. Zhou Bohua visited our company on September 5, 2005.
