Hello again! Wish you a nice day. We are pleased to inform that your 20 days herbal tea has been posted to you by air shipping today. It will take 1 to 2 weeks to your country, please notice it.

We have made the 20 dosages for you. A piece (dosage) a day. Please decoct a dose per day, twice a day. The concrete steps are that first, wrapping the dosage in a piece of gauze. put the herbal powder bag in a jar or a mug with about 500ML water. Soak this gauze bag for twenty minutes. Heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbal powder for about 25 minutes. When the decoction is lukewarm, please take 200ML pure decoction in the morning. Repeat all these processes in the afternoon and take another 200ML. Actually, it means that the same dosage (i.e., the same powder bag) is used in the morning and in the afternoon.

During the period of using medicine, please take care the following things. Have more nutritious foods; have a due consideration to good rest; take less pungent or fatty foods; relax the mind; abstain from sexual activities. If you feel the tea is too much bitter, you could put a little bit sugar into your tea.
