The process of application for our international students is as follows: 
 
1. Fill out the Application Form and email it or post it to us one or two months earlier than the date on which your group will attend our college.
 
2. It will take one or two days for us to check your application information after the application is received, and our staff will review your information. If the study program is available to your group, we will respond to you. 
 
3. Based upon your information of application form, our staff will fill out an official application form JW202 for international students issued by our Ministry of Education of China to register for you. JW202 refers to Visa Application For Study In China.

In the meantime, we air post you this form JW202 with the Admission Notification, or send you these two forms by email, so that you could get your visa (of F or X type) from Chinese embassy in your country. For the students who will study here for more than six months will be given a Health Check Form.
 
4. After you get your visa, you could leave your country for our college. Huaihua City is located in West Hunan province, mid-south China, close to the internationally famous and beautiful tourist sites, Guilin and Zhangjiajie. As to how to come here, please check here.

Almost all of our international students are excited to find that the costs for them to study and live in our college are favorable and affordable. The major costs that our school charge from our international students consist of three parts, i.e., Tuition Fee, Room Fee, and other small costs. 

The first part of cost for you is tuition fee. It is decided by the time period and how many students come together in a group. The following tuition report form is for the time period below three months. As to the tuition fee for more than three months study program, it is lower than the standard below, please contact us for the price report. Thanks.

W* represents the amount of weeks that your study here.

For study here, four weeks make one month, five days a week, four hours a day.

The second part of costs, Room Fee, US$20.00 a room per day. Each room has two beds, air conditioner, color TV, washing room. Two students could share a room.

The third part, other various small costs we charge, including costs for textbooks, accompanying, daily life assistance, college certificate issuing. The one-time police office registration fee is $US10.00 each person. The general cost in this item is below US$100.00 in all in a common condition.

The cost for food here is about $5.00 to $10.00 per day, which will be covered by yourself.
 

Payment here is in US dollars. You could pay us either by bank transfer, or Western Union or cashing through our local ATM machine by your credit card, or US cash directly. Please do not take traveler's check which is inconvenient to cash here.
 
Our local banks will help you to conveniently withdraw your money by credit cards such as Visa Card and MasterCard.
