Its been a week since I started taking the medicine and am fine. I feel normal. Because my problem is internal and cannot be seen, I do not know and cannot tell what is going on inside there but am just fine and don't feel any pain anywhere.

What I have noticed is that, normally, my period lasts for 4 or 5days but this one has lasted for 7days with bright red blood, mucus and clots.

I received the parcel yesterday evening. Thank you for your concern and cooperation. The problem was that I thought you would send it by EMS or DHL so I did not provide the postal address I only gave the resident address. Yeah, we have confirmed it. Based on your current state, it is supposed totally blocked rather than partial one. Here we have prepared the formula and shall deliver it to you tomorrow.
The decocting process is as follows. Cook one dosage per day. Every dosage needs to be decocted 2 times. The concrete steps are that first, put the herbs in a jar or a mug with about 500ml water. Soak the herbs for 30 minutes. Heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbs for about 30 minutes. When the herbs are boiling, please stir the herbs and water with a stick or a scoop so that to upturn the powders in the bottom. This is very important. When the decoction is lukewarm, please filter the decoction with the gauze. In this way, about 200ml pure decoction will be got. Please take it in the morning. All of these can begin at 8:00am. About 4-6 hours later, please repeat the above procedure in the afternoon to get another 200ml in the afternoon. But in this time, it is unnecessary to soak the herbs, and only need to decoct 25 minutes after heating the water to the boiling point. Please take it as soon as possible when it is lukewarm. The left herbs can be thrown away after the second decoction. During the period of using medicine, please take care of the following things. Have more nutritious foods; have a due consideration to good rest; take less pungent or greasy foods; relax the mind. If you feel the tea is too much bitter, you could put a little bit sugar or honey into the tea.

The concrete steps of decocting the tea are that:

1. Soak the powders for 30 minutes.
2. Put the herbs in a jar or a mug with the water exceed the herbs for 1 centimeter. Heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbs for about 30 minutes.
3. When the herbal powders are being decocted, please frequently stir the powders and water with a stick or a scoop so that the powders will not stick to the edges of the jar and the powders will not be burned. This is very important.
4. When the decoction is lukewarm, please filter the decoction with the cloth we offer you. Wrap the powders with the cloth and use the power of your hands to press the cloth bag till all the decoction is filtered out and the herbal powders become dry. 5. Endometriosis and  tubal blockage are two different aspect. The endomestriosis can be diagnosed by normal. gynecologial examination. If the doctor does not inform you previous, we could exclude you from the endomestrosis. Nor does you have any symptoms of  Endometriosis.

Whereas tubal blockage can not detect but for laboratory test. It is caused by chronicle inflammation in common condition which you may not notice it by yourself. Does the blockage partial or total blocked one?
