My latest blood results were a definite improvement from the
last taken before the TCM tea.
Latest results show:
Creatinine 118 (should be around 60 if normal)
Albumin 26 (still too low, should be at least 25)
PCR (protein – creatinine ratio) 396 (should
be less than 150 if normal)
However around 4 months ago before taking the tea my PCR was
1228! So there is a definite improvement that I am grateful for.
Additionally, my eyes and lower legs are still moderately
swollen and I would like to loose a little weight (3-4kg).
I would appreciate it if you could take the above into account
when preparing my next formula.

treatment, we will adjust some ingredients of the herbal tea
regarding your feedback, including blood clots in legs, etc.
the concrete steps of decocting the tea are that:
1. Soak the powders for 30 minutes.
2. Put the herbs in a jar or a mug with the water exceeds the
herbs for 1 centimeter. Heat the water to the boiling point with
strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e.,
simmer) the herbs for about 30 minutes.
3. When the herbal powders are being decocted, please frequently
stir the powders and water with a stick or a scoop so that the
powders will not stick to the edges of the jar and the powders
will not be burned. This is very important.
4. When the decoction is lukewarm, please filter the decoction
with the cloth we offer you. Wrap the powders with the cloth and
use the power of your hands to press the cloth bag till all the
decoction is filtered out and the herbal powders become dry. In
this way, about 200ml pure decoction will be got. Take 200ml in
the morning.
5. Please decoct the herbs again in the afternoon that you have
decocted in the morning, you could add the water just can cover
the herbs this time, please make the fire to be mild for 30
minutes after the water boiled, you could got another 200ml tea
and drink it. That means one dosages of herbs need to be
decocted and drank for two times per day.

I have suffered from lupus nephritis for around 15 years (since
