Hello again. We forgot that let you know the way of decoction and quantity to drink. Sorry for this. As to how to taking the tea, please check here:

First make the powder into 20 even dosage. A piece (dosage) a day. Please decoct a dose per day, twice a day. The concrete steps are that first, wrapping the dosage in a piece of gauze. put the herbal powder bag in a jar or a mug with about 500ML water. Soak this gauze bag for twenty minutes. Heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire, then make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbal powder for about 25 minutes. When the decoction is lukewarm, please take 200ML pure decoction in the morning. Repeat all these processes in the afternoon and take another 200ML. Actually, it means that the same dosage (i.e., the same powder bag) is used in the morning and in the afternoon.


During the period of using medicine, please take care the following things. Have more nutritious foods; have a due consideration to good rest; take less pungent or fatty foods; relax the mind; abstain from sexual activities. If you feel the tea is too much bitter, you could put a little bit sugar into your tea.

I'm affraid I don't have such a good news to tell you.

This morning , I had  a few times the same tinitus problem also in my left ear.

So for a few moments, I had the same problems in both ears.
The sound in the left ear was also as high pitched as in the right one and disappeared after about 5 seconds.
That happens 2 times in the past few ours and already several times in the past months.
Do you have any explanation for that ?

You said you will send me the new herbal treatment once you received my payment.
That feels very uncomfortable to me, and it feels as you don't trust me.
Why ?

Why are  Chines people always so suspiscious ?

Dear Dr. Ming,

As already mailed, I received the herbs to day and tried to make my 1st decoction
but I'm not sure I did it correct.

I took about 500 ml of water and at boiling point, I added 170 gr. of tea powder, wrapped in a gauge. I let decoct during about 25 minutes at mild fire and than removed the gauge with the herbs from the water.
My opinion is that I had to much tea powder, compared to the quantity of water.

Is a quantity of 170 gr.correct ?

I had 2 problems:

1) The tea powder was covered by the water  for 50 % only.
2) After a 25 minutes decoction, there was only about 230 ml pure decoction left.
    The rest of the water was boiled and absorbed by the herbs in the gauge.

Do I have to decoct the same dose for a secont time in the afternoon to become another 250 ml pure decoction ? If yes ?
What happens with the tea powder in the gauge after the first decoction ?

Please tell me what did I wrong ,or could you let me know your phone nr, so that I
can call you for some more explanation ?

Many thanks because you're always making time to answer my mails as quick as possible but there are some questions I would like to see answered.

Unfortunately, you didn't mention your final diagnosis in spite I already asked your oppinion for several times .Is there any particulary reason for not answering
that question?

Could you let me know the main reason(s) causing most of my deseases, weeknesses or other problems only by reading my detailed list of symptoms I mailed you last Sunday and without any personal examination ?

Is my local herbal formula treatment " long dan xie gan tang "  the exact formula to solve any of my problems ?
After a 4 days treatment, I didn't feel any positive changing.

Can I go on with swimming or some bicycling if there is some time left after finishing work ?

I would like to know absolutaly your personal oppinion and diagnosis .
Please note that I consider YOU as the ONE and ONLY person who could help me off from most of my physical problems, including my tinnitus and sexual problems.

I'm sure, you wil resolve my problems, but as I already asked before, could you let me know your final descision or diagnosis following my detailed e-mail I sent you last Sunday.

About one week ago , I told you in one of my e-mails that I visited a tcm exercising doctor in my country.

Since than, I visited that doctor 3 times. He did some acupucture on my feeth and legs and two days ago, he gave me a bottle with some liquid. He told me to take 3 times a day 50 drops , before eating. The formula marked on the bottle is: LONG DAN XIE GAN TANG
He told me, there is enough liquid for a 2 to 3 weeks treatment.

I started treatment yesterday.

Do I have to go on, taking these drops 3 times a day, or not ?

Your advise will be appreciated very much.

To day is Sunday, what means a day off and an opportunity for me to let you know more details about my deseases and mental and physical problems.

I was born in 1948, on March 4th. 28 years ago , in 1977 , and due to physical overwork to my body, I had a
serious lower back injury, but I couldn't take enough time to let recover my body. I started my own business factory some years earlier.
The to day diagnosis is, " total spinal column injury with damage of 7 to 8 spines from the lower back ( S1 level ) to head, including a very serious neck spinal stenosis"

Since almost 6 years, it's practically impossible to do any physical work. Fortunately, my wife and 3 sons are helping me as much as they can.I need to visit on regulary base a DO doctor.

I always have been exigent to myself, and asked probably to much to my body and my brain.

Since about 10 to 15 years, I became more nervous, I felt anger, became restlessness, sometimes with irritable temper and almost sleepless nights. I only can sleep max. 3 to 5 houres a night, awaking almost around 3 to 5 o'clock.

I also have an irritating or burning feeling in my tongue and mouth.My tongue is very sensitive to warm food and warm drinks such as coffee, tea, soup etc. My dentist always sais that I have too much acids in my saliva ? I have a good appetite,stool is one time soft, one time hard.
Since a few years, I have periods or days with lack of concentration, memory is getting worse , same for my eyes.
My DO doctor says, concentration problems are due to pressure coming from my neck injury.?

When eating hard or sharp food,like frites or chippes,there is always coming water out of my left nostril.My tongue and palate are tickled very often.In the past months, I remarked spots in visual fields, letters and figures are moving during a few minutes. The past months,I have some mucous membrane troubles and headaches .

I also had a small heart surgery, 7 years ago.( they closed a gap between left and right heart chamber ) but I have forgotten the Latin name.
Sometimes feelings of fullness or pressure and pain in the chest area. DO docter says feelings are coming from my spinal problem between my
shoulderblades ?

Since about 7 years, impotence problems, no more libido, sometimes small time erections by night or morning before waking up.I had no more sex since more than 4 years.

Blood pressure  always has been at a low level between 10.2 and 12.4 and varying very often.

5 years ago,we lost our daughter in a car crash, the morning after the whole family celebrated her 30th anniversary.She was married and mother of 3 little children.

Last but not least, suddenly tinnitus with some degree of deafness since about 6 weeks ago.
In spite of all my problems , I try to sport as much as possible ( swimming and bicycling ) and I would like to know if I can go on with that ?
I don't smoke and I am an occasional drinker.

Hello Dr. Ming,

Many thanks for your quick reply.
It's not the lower sound of a water-fall or thunder or the sound of en engine.
The sound I hear is persistent ,constantly the same high, sharp sound. The pitch is higher and sharper than the sounds coming from  whistling-kettles or steam-trains. I can't sleep without taking some sleeping pills and when I wake up mostly around 4 at 5 o'clock in the morning , the sharp sound is practicaly reduced to zero but I also feel a pressure behind the ear with a decreased tolerance of sound in that ear.
According as I start moving , the ear pressure is decreasing, the sound tolerance in the ear is increasing and than I have the sharp and persistent sound in the ear for the rest of the day. When I take a shower or in the swimming-pool,sometimes I hear a metal sound when the water is going over the ear.I also perceive the same metal sound sitting in my car, when I drop a paper bag on one of the seats and also when I'm touching my last tooth from the downside of my jaw with the backside of my brush.
I hope , the symptoms I described, will help you to find a solution to my ear problem. Many thanks, and I appreciate very much what you are doing for me.

Dear Sir,

This e-mail is coming from Begium ( Europe ). I'm a business man, living a very stressed life since many years. Since about 5 weeks, I'm suffering from Tinnitus.I hear constantly in my right ear a very loud , sharp and high ringing or whispering sound
.

Since I have that problem, I also have a decreased sound level in that ear. I contacted already several doctors, practicing the normal Western
medicine, and they pretend that the problem can be caused by a problem in the middle ear.They didn't knew any treatment. The best thing I
could do is trying to live with that problem they said.But I couldn't.

Last week I visited a CMT doctor, and he said that my problem probably was caused by the stressed life I'm living since many years.

Since almost 2 years, bloods tests where resulting very high levels of folic acid, but nobody could tell me the exact reason of these high
levels. Is it possible or did you already treated that ear desease  problem by herbal or acupuncture treatment ?
