	Record of Hospitalization Name: Matongo Age: 45 Nationality: Zimbabwe Profession: Manager Height: 1.68m Weight: 80 kilos Date of Hospitalization: August 23, 2005. 10:00 am Major complaint: Tumor found in the brain on the left side for 9 months.
