Please first make your powders into 20 even pieces. A piece (dosage) a day. Please decoct a dose per day, twice a day. The concrete steps are that first, wrapping the dosage in a piece of gauze. put the herbal powder bag in a jar or a mug with about 500ML water. Heat the water to boiling point, then make the fire to be mild and decoct the herbal powder for about 25 minutes. When the decoction is lukewarm, please take 250ML pure decoction in the morning. Repeat all these processes in the afternoon and take another 250ML.
 
During the period of using medicine, please take care the following things. Have more nutritious foods; have a due consideration
to good rest; take less pungent or fatty foods; relax the mind; abstain from sexual activities.

Dear Dr. Ming,

I do not feel any chest pains or chest oppression now. My tongue is very often thick and white coated.

My work and life is not stressful. I am not melanchonic, worrisome, depressed, overthinking something, emotionally or frustrated before getting this condition. My appetite these days is good. My sleep: Because of my small child, I always have to get up at time to change her diaper and then return to sleep.  If I get up too long, I find it hard to get back to sleep but if I just get up a while, I can still return to sleep. Overall I still get like up to at least 7 hours of sleep and don't feel sleepy the next day.

I don't know what cause my current condition.  My sleeping pattern is as above.  I drink cow's milk every morning.  Everyday I eat normal food and I don't like too oily food.  I found if I eat too much chocolate or caffeined food, I get headache.

All of my health conditions I checked for you is correct. Some of the symptoms below only appear when I have migrane headache such as:
dizziness, blurred vision, headache, painful neck, and wish to vomit.

The one symptom I listed below that I do not have anymore now is: swollen and painful throat

Major Complaint:
Now, I always have to clear my irritating throatbecause of some white mucus in the throat. My tongue is always coated white and taste sour. My white mucus taste salty. About a month ago, I caught a cold. I took Amoxicillin and Pee-Vee (Pencillin with potassium)and my neck and throat become swollen and painful and I stopped taking that. After that my neck and throat remain painful. But I don't feel the pain anymore. Last week I went to a western doctor here. I told him besides the irritating throat that I have now, I also have like a migrane headache attack during my menstrual period. During the migrane headache, I feel my forehead painful and neck nerve painful. I also feel chilly, dizzy (that may cause me to vomit), and blurr vision. He said I may have chronic sinus and he said there is no cure for it but to give me treatment to alleviate my suffering. Therefore I am looking towards herbal medical for cure if possible. Also, if I work too hard physical labor, I feel tired easily. Last 2 days, I feel my back above the 2 kidneys area painful. I sometimes feel my skin itchy when I sleep at night.
