Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon!

It is my pleasure to come to Zhongfang county, Huaihua city to attend the first Zhongfang International TCM Forum. On behalf of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Hunan Province, I whole-heartedly congratulate on the opening of the first Zhongfang International TCM Forum.

Over the past 10 years, the team of Zhongfang Red Cross International Hospital offered professional TCM services to more than one thousand international patients and TCM devotees from dozens of countries.
